Farmers Market Tips

On a recent winter day, we went to the Grand Army Plaza farmer’s market to pick up collard greens for the traditional New Year’s Day feast. The line was very long, and we ended up buying our greens from the regular grocery store. My main takeaway from this farmer’s market trip: be sure to grab some fresh tamales from the vendor just across the street from Grand Army Plaza.
